Returns / Refund Policy
- Once purchased, one to one session’s including single or multiple sessions for personal training, consultations and/or posing skype or one to one must be used within 6 months of purchase date.
- Unused sessions after the 6 months period may not be used and will not be refunded.
- Sessions, packages and purchases made with Donna Murphy via Donnamurphy.me or otherwise are valid only for the time period stated on the description of each service/package. For more details on these time periods please contact Donna Murphy directly.
- Refunds for sessions, consultations, packages and all other services are granted within a 14-day period after payment has been received by Donna Murphy.
- After 14 days of purchase and received payment refunds will not be accepted.
Cancellations & Cancellation Fees
- Cancellation fees apply when sessions are cancelled within a 24-hour period prior to time and date agreed with Donna Murphy. To avoid a cancellation fee please notify Donna Murphy directly of your cancelation 24-hours before your appointment is due to start. This includes one to one training sessions, consultations, skype and/or one to one posing sessions and seminars.
- Cancellation’s with less than a 24-hour’s notice will be charged in full.
- Cancellation’s with 24 hours or more notice will not be charged. Paid fees can be used for another session or refunded via payment method used to pay.
- Any cancellations of products, services, packages or sessions must be given in writing to DizzAesthetics@outlook.com.
